Joy the NP is amazing. Takes time to explain and go over lab results to give a better understanding of healthy hormone levels. You are never rushed. And with health care these days, you always feel like another number, and not cared about! NOT with this clinic!!! They are a gem! And Sarah runs the front office beautifully! I’ve been coming to Lovejoy for a few years for hormone pellets. Every single provider I’ve had has been awesome, but of course, Joy is my favorite. The staff is super friendly, very helpful (which is different than many other doctor’s offices) and extremely personable. I feel more like a friend than a patient in there.

I previously wrote a review over 4 years ago… still impressed. I started seeing Joy in August of 2021 for hormone pellet therapy, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing!
